All orders placed here on this site are final sale and no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Items are carefully inspected and handled before placing it inside a box for packaging.
Once the packages have left our facility, we regrettably have no control over how the shipment is handed by the couriers. We package our boxes well to factor in these situations. In the event your item is damaged during shipping due to the carrier, we will be unable to provide a refund to you. Please visit your local carrier to file a claim.
Any minor flaws (i.e. Corner imperfections, paint marks, dings, tears) are not considered a "defect" or "damage" for parcel insurance or any type of refund claim.
Each 4" POP! will come with a protector, but all items will be bubble wrapped for extra protection, to provide reassurance and that your order arrives safe and sound.
